Details:

  • All Banglalink Prepaid and Postpaid customers are eligible to receive this facility without the need for subscription or recharge
  • The ‘minute back on call drop’ can be used by any Banglalink number (except FNF/ super FNF) at any time
  • The validity of the returned minute will be 1 day, i.e. till 11:59 pm of the receiving day
  • A customer will receive a maximum of 5 mins in a day on call drops with the condition that the call has to be for a minimum duration of 10 secs
  • Customers will receive a notification SMS from ‘as we care’ on a call drop within 5 hours of such an incidence
  • To check the balance and validity of the minutes that are gotten back, customers need to dial *124*13#
  • All postpaid customers will get the call drop refund as discount in their next bill cycle

বিস্তারিত:

  • যেকোন বাংলালিংক নাম্বারে (এফএনএফ/ সুপার এফএনএফ ব্যতীত) কলড্রপে ফেরতপ্রাপ্ত মিনিট দ্বারা কল করা যাবে।
  • ফেরতপ্রাপ্ত মিনিটের মেয়াদ ১ দিন অর্থাৎ যেদিন মিনিট পাওয়া যাবে সেদিন রাত ১১.৫৯ মিনিট পর্যন্ত।
  • একজন গ্রাহক কলড্রপে দিনে সর্বোচ্চ ৫ মিনিট ফেরত পেতে পারেন এবং ১ মিনিট ফেরত পেতে গ্রাহকের কলটি সর্বনিম্ন ১০ সেকেন্ড হতে হবে।
  • কলড্রপের সর্বোচ্চ ৫ ঘন্টার মধ্যে গ্রাহকগণ ‘As We Care’ থেকে নোটিফিকেশন এসএমএস পেয়ে যাবেন।
  • ব্যালেন্স এবং ফেরতপ্রাপ্ত মিনিটের মেয়াদ জানতে ডায়াল করুন *124*13#
  • পোস্টপেইড গ্রাহকরা কলড্রপের কারণে ফেরত পাওয়া মিনিটের পরিমাণ পরবর্তী বিল সাইকেলে ডিসকাউন্ট হিসেবে পাবেন।
  • বাংলাদেশে প্রথমবারের মত বাংলালিংক দিচ্ছে কলড্রপে মিনিট ফেরত অফার।
