Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 comes with Snapdragon 835 + 6GB RAM

Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 comes outstanding model with design, created by famous French designer Phillip Stark. More portable, thinner and elongated than previous version. The representation of ergonomics and high-quality materials. 5,99-inches display with powerful graphics.

Camera

This year was defined by dual cameras making their way into phones across price points, and while Xiaomi rolled out dual rear cameras in the Mi 6, the company is sticking to a single shooter with the Mi Mix 2.

The primary 12MP imaging sensor itself is the same as what we’ve seen on the Mi 6, and it similarly offers 4-axis OIS and the ability to record 4K video at 30fps. And like the Mi 6, the camera on the Mi Mix 2 does a great job in daylight conditions, but it loses out on detail in low-light scenarios.

Design and Display

Experience true immersive full display design with Mi MIX 2. The chin is 12% smaller than its predecessor Mi MIX  and the display uses an 18:9 aspect ratio – a result of our relentless pursuit of technology innovation.

Mi MIX 2 comes with a large 15.2cm (5.99) display, housed in a body that is smaller than typical 13.9 (5.5) display smartphones.
The innovation in full screen display technology introduces a narrower chin, smaller front camera, and a hidden proximity sensor that fits Mi MIX 2 perfectly in your palm.

Mi MIX 2 is dressed to impress with a four-sided curved  ceramic back plate and 18-karat gold-plated decorative camera rim, yet is highly durable with an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy frame.  It is also extremely thin and light, delivering a spectacular hand feel.

Performance

The Phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad core processor and for smooth graphics processing there’s Adreno 530 GPU on board. To serve the large processing unit there’s 6 gigabytes of RAM and 256 gigabytes of ROM which is not expandable.

The Mi Mix 2 runs the latest version of MIUI 9, which is based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat.

Connectivity

The phone has a notification LED and equipped with sensors like Infrared, Gyro, Acceleration sensors, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Hall Sensor. Xiaomi phones are known for their battery longevity, and the Mi Mix 2 is no different. I easily got a day’s worth of usage out of the 3400mAh battery consistently, even on days when I was using cellular data throughout. I routinely averaged screen-on-time in excess of five hours. And when you do need to top up, the phone has Quick Charge 3.0.

Overall Mi Mix is the nicest touch of innovation and sophistication and it took the smartphone making technology in a whole new level.
