Vivo V7 is latest Android-based smartphone that ships with decent specifications. The Vivo V7 is the successor to the Vivo V5 which was launched earlier.

For photography and videography, the Vivo V7 Plus comes with a 16MP primary camera and 24MP front snapper. There is a soft light flash present to assist with low light photography. Both the cameras can capture Full HD videos 1,080p @ 30fps speed.

Design and Display

The phone comes with a 5.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixels which is bright and reproduces vivid colours. However, outdoor legibility remains an issue as one has to struggle to read the screen when placed under bright sunlight. The smartphone ships with narrow bezels that deliver a unique visual experience.

Performance and Connectivity

The performance of the Vivo V7 Plus is managed by an Octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Cortex A53 processor ticking at 1.8 GHz and a 4GB RAM. The graphics processing requirement is handled by Adreno 506 GPU. The device consists a fingerprint sensor at the back for unlocking the device with ease. The smartphone runs on Android v7.1 (Nougat) operating system.

The Vivo V7 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
