Oppo A83 Smartphone runs Android 7.1 Nougat with ColorOS 3.2

The Oppo A83 runs Android 7.1 with ColorOS 3.2 and is powered by a 3180mAh. It measures 150.50 x 73.10 x 7.70 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 143.00 grams.

Camera

The cameras have fewer megapixels baked in, with only 13-megapixel at the back and 8-megapixel in front. OPPO’s AI facial recognition is also here to help make selfies stand out even more with its advanced technology which automatically adjusts the settings according to the users face.

Display and Display

The Oppo A83 Smartphone comes with a 5.7-inch HD Plus with a resolution of 720 X 1440 pixels at a pixel density of 282 pixels per inch. The screen is also protected by a NA Scratch Resistant display. The phone is 7.7-mm thin , and tips the scale at 143 grams.

The OPPO A83 has all the essentials and looks that its bigger brothers have, save for the screen resolution and pixel-packed cameras. Instead of a 1080p display, it has been toned down to 720p to save up on costs.

Performance and Connectivity

The phone is powered by a 2.5 GHz Octa core Mediatek MT6763T Helio P23 processor and it comes with 4 GB of RAM. What this means is the processor has Octa cores in the CPU and 4 GB of RAM ensures the phone runs smoothly with multiple applications open simultaneously. The Oppo A83 also packs in a graphics processor, and 32 GB of internal storage which can be expanded to 128 GB via a microSD card.

The Oppo A83 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, FM, 3G and 4G. Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Accelerometer and Ambient light sensor.

Oppo A83 is available in Black, Champagne colours. Oppo A83 Smartphone will launched in March 2018.
