Electronic money order issue:
Step 1: Money order sender comes to the designated bpo office/ post e-center/ banglalink mobile cash point and hands over the cash and filled in money order issue form to the dedicated agent
Step 2: Agent issues the money order
Step 3: Sender and beneficiary immediately receives the confirmation sms with unique transaction pin (14 digit)
Electronic money order disbursement:
Step 1: Sender informs the transaction details including money oder amount to beneficiary through phone, sms or any other possible communication means
Step 2: Beneficiary goes to the nearest post office and submit the money order encashment form with the transaction pin and amount
Step 3: Agent verifies the pin and other transaction related information and hands over the cash to the beneficiary and mark the transaction as enchased
Step 4: On transaction completion, automatic system generated “emo paid” sms is sent to the sender mobile number
Banglalink partners with the Bangladesh post office (BPO) to launch the first ever mobile money order (MMO) service through the banglalink mobile cash points along with post office branches and post e-centers spread all across the country.
This service enables to send and receive money all across the country almost instantly which used to require 7 to 10 days. Now along with post office branches and post e-centers this service is now available in widely available banglalink mobile cash points.
